These sessions allow for individualized interaction with one of our professional trainers who will work with you in your living space or gym to customize and execute a plan designed specifically for your health and wellness goals.

Our partner/small group sessions are a great option for family members and friends. There are numerous studies that conclude training with a partner provides extra encouragement, motivation, and accountability.

Join the Community

At Skyforce Performance & Wellness, we offer a variety of classes throughout the year to bring our clients together for an extra boost of physical and mental encouragement and motivation. These classes are a great way to explore alternative training techniques and engage in the Skyforce community in a fun and yet challenging environment. Classes include Boot Camps, HIIT sessions, yoga, age-appropriate functional fitness classes and nutrition counseling.

Virtual Training

1-on-1 or Small Group Training

Virtual training is online personal training you can truly take anywhere in the world. It is a great option for those who travel or already have a solid fitness foundation and need a professional's input to keep them on track or push them to the next level.   Sessions are facilitated over the Zoom networking platform with easy access from all mobile devices or desktop computers. All of our programs can be accessed virtually.
